Politics In The Pub - Urban Development: Renaissance or Ruin?

Residents affected by the NSW Strata Renewal Act and State Significant Development proposals are invited to attend this important community forum.

Across Sydney, long-established neighbourhoods are being transformed at an unprecedented pace. Residents are increasingly finding themselves facing the loss of their homes, overshadowing, congestion, diminished amenity, and major developments approved with little community input.

Hear from a panel of leading experts as they examine how we arrived at this point, what the NSW Strata Renewal Act and State Significant Development planning processes mean for local communities, and what practical reforms could restore fairness, transparency, and genuine public participation.

This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences, and join a constructive conversation about the future of our neighbourhoods.

Whether you have already been affected or are concerned about what lies ahead, your voice matters.

Come along, have your say, and stand with others who believe our communities deserve a better, fairer approach to planning and development.
