Pomaa - Bridge To Somewhere Tour

In celebration of her debut EP, Bridge To Somewhere, join Pomaa at her final show in Brisbane before heading abroad!

Seamlessly combining honeyed, warm vocals with dreamy, psychedelic arrangements, Pomaa is an expert in musical balance. The emerging singer-songwriter plays with waltzing pop, foggy shoegaze, and alt-rock in her music — and the result is truly unique, theatrical, and deeply satisfying.

The musician’s debut EP Bridge To Somewhere was written in a time of flux, and inspired by the many ways in which relationships had to shift and change with the onset of the pandemic. Happy Mag described Pomaa as “hold[ing] her own whilst drawing comparison to some of the greats, asserting herself as not merely a carbon copy, but a refreshing amalgamation of all that has inspired her.”

This release is a follow-up to Pomaa’s debut single I Can’t Wait Til This Doesn’t Matter, released in May 2021. Having been warmly received by critics; Dana Scully of 4ZZZ described the track as “Aldous Harding from the era of Cocteau Twins,” while triple j and triple j Unearthed Radio supported the release with positive reviews and airplay.
