All of us know that life has ebbs and flows. We know the challenge of when the flows fade and ebbs fill the space.

You are invited to attend this workshop -

PONDERING LOSS & GRIEF

It is an invitation to reflect and honour our inner life of change and transition. With creativity and gentle guiding support, this workshop will offer a safe place for the exploration and discussion of our human experience of loss, grief, change, and transition. This workshop hopes to navigate and share helpful wisdom when we face this experience.
