Step into a world of prehistoric wonders at Museum Victoria’s Pop-up Museum! This interactive experience invites families to explore an array of fossils, collection objects, taxidermy, and more, all displayed on touch-tables designed for hands-on discovery.    

The exhibit is featured as an exciting timeline journey, from the age of Australian dinosaurs to the era of Australian megafauna and right up to the animals of today. Marvel at a life-sized Muttaburrasaurus skull and leg, discover a Diprotodon and learn about the lives and habitats of our favourite mammals, birds, and reptiles.    

Guided by expert Museum Educators, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, join in activities and delve deeper into the fascinating stories behind these remarkable collection objects from Museums Victoria.
