Take a walk along First Falls Walk and find a pop-up ranger along the way. Rangers will have a variety of activities to help you learn about the animals in the park. Or just come and say hi and ask us a question. Grab the kids and come for a walk in the park!

Please note this is a free event with no need to book. Children need to be supervised at all times.

Location:

Rangers will have two pop-up ranger stations along the First Falls Walk. You can start your walk any time. Rangers will be along the trail from 10am - 12noon.

Note that car parking at the Morialta Falls trailhead is limited. Additional parking is available along First Falls Road, the Morialta Resource Centre or Stradbroke Road carpark.

What to Bring:

Please wear your normal walking gear such as enclosed shoes, rain jackets, sun protection, binoculars/camera (if you have one), snacks and drinking water.

Accessibility:

The trail surface is combination of hard packed gravel and some boardwalk. This is a grade 2 trail so there are sections in which assistance may be required. For manual wheelchair users it is recommended to do the trail with a freewheel attached (if you have one) as this will make the trail easier to navigate.

Cancellations:

This event will be cancelled in the event of a park closure, severe weather or a total fire ban being declared in the Adelaide Metropolitan Fire Ban District.
