SHE MOVES ( Formerly - Ecstatic Somatics)

EMBODIED MOVEMENT WORKSHOP

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Amy Thomas is a passionate Embodiment Guide, Temple Keeper, Mana Movement Facilitator, Cacao Practitioner, and Master NLP Practitioner. With a deep love for dance (nurtured since the age of 3) Amy is dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies and experience the fullness of their authentic expression.

Amy specializes in navigating the internal world, offering expertly guided embodied movement journeys that encourage women to tap into their true selves, release what no longer serves them, and embrace a deeper connection to their inner wisdom.

As a sacred space holder, Amy creates safe, nurturing, and full-permission environments where you can rediscover your aliveness, explore your liberation, and embrace the vibrant energy that resides within you. Each space is designed to inspire transformation, authenticity, and profound self-discovery.

**There is no dance experience necessary to attend these workshops. These spaces are about authentic expression, not about how it looks; As we learn to move from the inside out, rather than the outside in.
