An experience of relaxation, letting go of all that does not serve you and receiving healing for all levels, Body Mind & Soul.

Asharnaye will lead you through a guided meditation with the aim of getting you into a beautiful relaxed state so your body can begin to heal itself.

Intuitively Asharnaye will then sound the amazing Crystal Singing bowls, harmonic chimes and sound tools which will gently flow over you and through you to wrap you in a deep, divine blanket of healing.

NB: Doors open 1:45pm for start at 2pm. Doors will be closed at 2pm.

What to Bring: self, comfortable clothing, Shawl or blanket, yoga mat, items you would like to place on the Sound Bath Altar for healing.

(the Sound Bath altar is a sacred space that will have crystals and other items on that creates a beautiful place to put any jewellery, your own crystals or photos of people/things that you would like surrounded in healing energy
