We are so excited to be drumming in Port Macquarie!!!
Come and feel the beat of Pachamama's heart as you drum and sing with your heart!!
We have some beautiful medicine drums to share from Jennifer Wust of Mountain River Drums, or bring your own. Drumming is an incredibly powerful, healing practice. It works deeply into the brain and opens the communication between both the hemispheres while giving us access to the creative and intuitive right hand side of the brain. From this place we can access our internal wisdom as we journey with the drum beat! It's so amazing!!
Anyone can drum, no prior experience is needed and EVERYONE feels the multi layered benefits of drumming in community.
Come join us for beautiful connection with yourself, the drum, heart centred community and the magic of sacred space.
Please bring a yoga mat and/or cushions to sit on the floor and be comfortable. There will be chairs available also for those who aren't comfortable on the ground. Also bring a rug if you feel the cold!
