Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention. Help us get the country talking and join your local 1 Dayer on 20th March 2022.

8 Australians take their lives every single day, that's one Aussie every 3 hours losing their life to the black dog.

On the third Sunday of March, Black Dog Ride is uniting under one banner with one voice on one single day to amplify a national message of hope, awareness and prevention. Let's get the conversation started, register for the Black Dog Ride 1 Dayer 2022 today!

COVID 19 Arrangements

Please note that all participants will need to comply with state based COVID related instructions (hand sanitisation, social distancing, etc.)

If this 1 Dayer has to be cancelled due to COVID or related restrictions, all participants will receive a full refund.

Port Macquarie 1 Dayer 2022 Details:

9.00am Check in at the Short St Carpark. 

BBQ and coffee vans will there in morning for breakfast before the start.

9.30am Rider Briefing.

9.45am Ride departs heading out and down the coast on Ocean Dr through Lake Caith down to Bonny Hills to North Haven, ride through Laurieton and out to Kew.

10.45-11.15am Stopping at Kew Car Park for light refreshments and raffles.

11.15am Leave Kew heading up high way to Bago Rd through to Wauchope the motorcycle friendly town and out to Beechwood. 


12.45am-1.00pm
Stopping at Beechwood for more refreshments and few more raffles.

1.00pm Leave Beechwood heading back out to Rosewood Rd to the Oxley high and back in to Wauchope through the the town and back to Port Macquarie donut round about, through round about to link road left at Clifton Dr down to Hastings River Drive, left at round about then out to Hibbard Sports Club car park for Show & Shine and live music.


3.30-4.00pm
 Food will be available from the club and the last of the raffles 

Please Note: Online ticket sales for this event will close at Midnight AEST on Saturday 19th March 2022. Limited In person registrations will be available at the event.
