At the beginning of these Sunday sessions I share insights on the current lunar, planetary & seasonal cycles.

If you are not well, please do not attend. You have the option of a refund or transferring your ticket to either attend online or to the next event.

Please bring your own yoga mat/mattress roll, blanket, pillow & eye mask. There will not be equipment available to use at the studio.

Through the vibrations & frequencies of Drum, Himalayan/Tibetan Singing Bowls, Voice, Crystal Singing Bowls & Therapeutic Percussion I take you on a journey to your own inner realms.

These ancient, soothing sounds are very effective at reducing stress. Enabling an individual to relax deeply, achieving an altered state of consciousness similar to deep meditation.
