Portrait Plates: Brunswick
Event description
This two-hour morning workshop is perfect for kids aged 3-6~ (parents discretion) . No prior experience is needed, just curiosity and a sense of play!
An adult must attend and join in the fun.
Together, we’ll explore how faces can be built from simple shapes. Starting with paper cut-outs, we’ll arrange and rearrange them to discover different people, personalities, and emotions. Once we’re inspired, we’ll move to clay, using soft, colourful pieces to build our very own portrait plates. Each face will be unique, full of character, and ready to bring a smile to the table.
Both the adult and the child will make a plate.
The plates will be finished by Kayleigh and ready to collect 4-6 weeks after the workshop.
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting a little muddy! (clay washes out)
All materials, firing, healthy snacks and drinks are supplied.
