Kickass Women are proud to present “Posh in the Park Long Lunch”.
Gather your taste buds and be a part of Wisely’s Wine and Food Day VIP long lunch as POSH IN THE PARK kicks into the Mackay Festival of Arts 2024 events program.
On Saturday 20 July, Mackay’s Queens Park comes to life with mouthwatering, jaw dropping, and a FOMO inducing lunch experience in a social extravaganza.
The Kickass Women ‘Posh in the Park’ Long Lunch is the perfect way to catch up with friends and family in an elegant chic stylish setting with a stunning botanical backdrop on the edge of our magnificent local waterfront location. Just because summer's over and the temperatures are dipping, that doesn't mean you can't fill your weekend with a long luxe lunch in lush surroundings. In fact, Kickass Women invites you to round up your girlfriends and gather your mates and do just that.
Join us on the grounds of Queens Park under a canopy of Autumn coloured trees in all their glory in one of Mackay’s prettiest parks, guests can enjoy this once-a-year special long lunch event and be greeted and treated to canapes and a custom welcome drink on arrival before being seated at OUR table and treated to a stunning sumptuous 2-course signature ‘Feast for the Senses’ menu, with specially designed signature dishes paired with a curated lineup of award-winning wines, and to round off the afternoon we have specially created a go to dessert, antipasto and charcuterie grazing table.
This is food and festival taken to the next level, so be quick – tickets are limited.
Think Chanel! So, dress up. Black and White is the theme for the day. Ladies, we’re calling for your LBD, and Gents, dust off your Black Dinner Jacket to swagger in style. Expect a chic, long afternoon of pure indulgence, delicious food, and wines with frivolity and flavour.
Bite to the beat and enjoy the entertainment, magnificent conversations, mega raffles and an array of silent auction items with all proceeds of the day going directly to our nominated local charity organisation.
A day which will be truly inspired by what develops over good conversation, great food, fabulous company and most importantly, paying it forward!
