Position your business for growth, resilience, and a higher valuation in an age of AI.

One full day in the room with your team. Three live online sessions. Applied work on your own business, end to end — with office hours and direct feedback from Alex Osterwalder along the way. You leave with clear priorities and a concrete 90-day action plan, not a folder of theory.

This is Alex Osterwalder's first masterclass in Australia, designed and delivered by Strategyzer and hosted locally by Vibrance.

Limited to 90 seats across roughly 20 teams. Join solo or bring a team of 2–5. Every ticket includes a full year on the Strategyzer platform.

What you'll walk away with

A clear strategy beyond product competition. Apply proven business model patterns to compete beyond products and features.

A hard look at your current model. Use Strategyzer's frameworks to assess your business — including an AI disruption risk assessment. Eliminate weaknesses, double down on what works, and create viable new options.

Clarity on how to increase enterprise value. Understand how your business drives value and equity, and how to substantially increase your valuation — whether you're a listed company, an SMB, or a new venture.

An AI disruption response. Map the threats about to hit you in the next 18 months and assess where AI and other disruptions demand a business model response.

Business model portfolio decisions. Learn to manage multiple business models at once — making explicit choices to allocate resources, manage risk, and build long-term advantage.

A clear action plan. You don't leave with ideas. You leave with concrete strategic actions that move you toward a defensible business model advantage.

How it works

Two weeks of prep. One day in the room. Real work on your own business, start to finish — a short, sharp sequence designed to fit around the way executive teams actually work, with the in-person day at its centre.

1 · Kick-off — live online, 60 min Thur 5 Nov 2026, 4:00–5:00pm AEDT
Meet your cohort and the Masterclass team, including Alex Osterwalder. Get introduced to the structure and playbook. Leave with your pre-work.

2 · Applied pre-work — async, ~3 hrs
Understand the difference between running your existing business (exploit) and exploring future strategies (explore). Capture your current business model and the signals shaping it, and bring the right data into the first workshop.

3 · First online workshop — 4 hrs Tue 10 Nov 2026, 3:00–7:00pm AEDT
A deep dive into exploring strategic options, plus an AI disruption risk and business model strength assessment.

4 · Applied pre-work — async, ~3 hrs
Understand how to test strategic options, run your first simple experiments, and learn how to invest in your best ideas.

5 · Business Model Strategy Day — in person, full day Tue 17 Nov 2026, 9:00am–5:00pm
Learn how to create better revenues and grow the value of your business. Narrow your options to a clear strategic direction, and apply the Galbraith Star Model to align your organisation behind it. Leave with a concrete 90-day action plan.

6 · Follow-up Ask-Us-Anything — live online, 60 min Thu 26 Nov 2026, 4:00–5:00pm AEDT

All times AEDT. Your tools, canvases and data stay live on the Strategyzer platform for a full year after the program.
