2 · Applied pre-work — async, ~3 hrs
Understand the difference between running your existing business (exploit) and exploring future strategies (explore). Capture your current business model and the signals shaping it, and bring the right data into the first workshop.

A deep dive into exploring strategic options, plus an AI disruption risk and business model strength assessment.

4 · Applied pre-work — async, ~3 hrs
Understand how to test strategic options, run your first simple experiments, and learn how to invest in your best ideas.
