About the Presenter:
Matthew Percival is the Vice President of PMINZ, currently serving his second term as a board director. He has a long history of supporting PMINZ, contributing to events, conferences, the mentoring program, PMDOS, and Wellington branch initiatives. Matthew has also represented PMINZ internationally at PMI Leadership meetings and is dedicated to enhancing member value, supporting fellows, and leading speaker selection for the 2025 PM Conference.
Recently, Matthew successfully led the Beehive facade refurbishment project at Parliament, completing it ahead of schedule, within budget, and with zero lost-time injuries—despite a few noise complaints from Ministers, a tough audience indeed!
