Positive Safety Open Program (Perth)
Event description
Calling all culture change advocates! Are you ready to harness the power of Positive Safety?
Introducing Sentis’ Positive Safety Program. Presented by psychologists and safety professionals, the Positive Safety Program is attitudinal-based and designed to foster engagement and inspire individuals to ‘go the extra mile’. Based on our principles of Positive Safety, our program has a track record of reducing both high-potential and injury frequency rates, as well as significantly enhancing workplace culture and trust.
If you've ever wondered what our programs are like, then join us for the perfect tester.
Who should attend?
- Senior leaders and executives looking to create sustainable positive culture change
- Anyone who feels like their safety performance has plateaued or is heading in the wrong direction
- Anyone who feels like they spend their day policing safety and would like better individual engagement and buy in
- Anyone who would like to add to their leadership toolbox and feel more confident positively influencing safety
During the program you will learn...
- How to create a common “why” for safety – making it something people do, not because they have to, but because they want to
- How to take greater control of your brain to support you in achieving your goals and getting home safely
- How to influence your workforce to better see and manage risk
- How to influence a positive safety culture where individuals go above and beyond for safety without having to be monitored and checked
