Possum Magic Feat. John Mason (UK), Euan Hart, Isobel Knight

Vandida is back with a takeover of the Poss! Like a tree sprouting through cracks in the pavement, Chippendale's Sneaky Possum emerges amidst the mess that is Sydney's live music climate as a pioneer of the intimate-show-revival movement. In the coziest of spaces, and with limited capacity, The Possum's stage provides a unique opportunity for artists to get up close and personal with their audiences - as removing the layers of excess production brings the artist's songwriting and storytelling to the forefront.
This month we are treated to a trinity of Troubadours, ranging from the contemporary-folk stylings of Euan Hart, the honest storytelling of Isobel Knight, and the virtuosic craftsmanship of traveling Scot, John Mason. While these three artists come from differing musical backgrounds, they are bound by a common theme of heart-on-sleeve realness.

While we're at it, let's normalise gigs in venues with absolutely bangin' food and beverage offerings, shall we? (actually decent GF options, anyone?)
