What a start to the year 2020 has delivered for us! Everything from bushfires, COVID 19 and the lockdown and closing of many businesses. Black Lives Matter protests here in Australia and around the world and now an economic downturn to rival the GFC of 2008. No wonder people are feeling shell shocked, fearful and anxious.

The end of this Financial Year is just around the corner and I think it’s time to start putting a bit of hope back into our lives, to start to live in the moment and to focus on building a better future. Agreed?

What better way of doing this with a bit of creativity, fun and creating a BHAG – yes, a Big Hairy Awesome Goal. Something to focus on that inspires you, gets you dreaming and taking the actions to move you beyond all the negativity!

Let’s create a bold, brilliant and beautifully inspiring Vision Board….but not just any vision board, this one will be one you will want to keep coming back to over and over again because it is made with passion and purpose. Plus, it will be a digital vision board, so not physical cutting and pasting required. Just make sure you have a folio of possible pictures to use (put them in a separate and easily accessible folder) or are able to down load them from the internet while using Zoom.

We’ll be focusing on Mindfulness and being in Flow as we get lost in time and space, revelling in our dreams and creativity that may have lain dormant for quite some time.

We will also be looking at setting some goals and creating the actions required to make them happen.

So set yourself up for success as you learn new ways to appreciate the moment and connect with your true self as well as those dreams that you thought were frivolous or that you had forgotten about until now.
