Join Our 5-Week Post-Partum Yoga Program!

Are you looking for a gentle way to care for your body and mind after giving birth? 

Our 5-week program is designed to support new mothers in their post-partum period, promoting self-care and healing through the practice of yoga. Your body has gone through incredible changes during pregnancy and birth, and this series offers a restorative practice to help you recover from the demands of breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, and the emotional and mental challenges of motherhood.

With or without your baby, you’ll experience slow, gentle movement and poses that stimulate and soothe your internal organs, rebalance your energy, and promote a deep state of relaxation.

Classes are on-demand via zoom, and they’re a beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself during this transformative time.
