As mothers we are under constant demand, our little ones need care 24/7, add the endless housework, sicknesses and balance of work and life, it is a lot to cope. Mums can feel overwhelmed, overstimulated, overworked and this can lead to physical and emotional depletion.
The Shifting Motherhood program elevates the importance of self-care for mothers to build resilience and stay healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a tailored 6-week program empowering you to build a self-care practice integrating meditation, breathwork, journalling, yoga and mental health education over 75-minute sessions. After each session, you will receive a recorded short practice to continue your self-care at home and beyond the program. ​
We offer single session pass if you wish to learn what the program is about. BYO yoga mat and props.
