Event description

Shifting Motherhood: A Sanctuary for Self-Care

Self-care is an essential skill after childbirth.
Shifting Motherhood is a special program designed to nurture you through the profound changes that occur in your brain and body during pregnancy and beyond. Together, through 90-minute sessions, we explore practices that foster connection, ease stress, and promote rejuvenation—helping you restore your energy and uplift your mood.

Who is this program for?

This program is for new mothers (8 weeks postpartum to 4 years old) seeking a safe and supportive space to connect. Motherhood is a journey of both triumphs and challenges, and through shared reflection, we discover ways to care for ourselves while supporting one another.

What you’ll gain from this journey:

✨ A deeper understanding of emotional well-being in motherhood—learning about the process of matrescence and how it shapes your sense of self.
✨ A personalized self-care toolkit filled with practices and techniques that resonate with you, helping you cultivate calm, ease, and joy.

This is a welcoming space where babies under one are embraced. We honour both the beauty and the chaos of early motherhood and are grateful to share this time with you.

Each week, you'll receive a short, recorded practice to continue your journey of connection and calm at home. We’d love to have you join us — please book your spot early to help us prepare for this special experience.
