Post-Separation Mothers Group
Description
Motherhood after separation can feel like a big adjustment, especially when support looks a little different than we expected. At SECC, we want to be part of your village.
This six‑week supportive group is designed to connect you with other mums who understand the challenges of separation and co‑parenting. Each weekly session focuses on a themed topic, including rebuilding self‑identity, navigating medium to high‑conflict co‑parenting, and supporting children through emotional change.
The group is facilitated by our qualified Social Workers, Georgie and Elli, who bring extensive experience supporting families impacted by separation and conflict. They also provide guidance around emotional coaching and strengthening parent-child relationships during times of change.
This group is recommended for parents who have finalised Family Law Court Orders and/or Parenting Plans, whether formal or informal.
Join us for a safe, respectful, and supportive space to reflect, learn, and connect.
