Rochelle is a registered nurse and midwife working as a Practice Nurse at Russell Street Medical Centre and as a midwife working in the maternity unit at the Bathurst Base Hospital. Rochelle is also a qualified Child & Family Nurse and is ready to share this expertise with you in the postnatal support classes. Topics to discuss include sleep and settling, reading and responding to your newborn's cues, feeding your baby, self care and mental health for new mums.
