Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming, exhausting, and a little lonely. This 6-week journey offers one-hour classes designed to support your recovery, restore gentle strength, and give you space to move, breathe, and simply be — all with baby close by.
Whether you’re easing back pain, stretching tired shoulders, or just needing a deep breath, this series is here for you. After class, you also have the option to stay for tea topics with complimentary herbal tea and sweets, a chance to connect with other mums in this season of motherhood.
Please wear comfortable layers. All props are provided, but feel free to bring any items that help you feel extra cosy and at home.
Ideal for mums & bubs from 6 weeks to crawling. No experience is needed—come as you are.
Mondays at 10:30am 20th & 27th of October and 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th of November.
Classes are held in a shared wellness space, so you may hear people coming and going for treatments - all part of the warm communal energy of the studio. Spaces are intentionally limited to 10 participants to create a safe, intimate, and supportive environment. A minimum of 4 attendees is needed to bring this experience to life. Refunds policy: Refunds are available up to 1 day prior to the event and are done through the 'manage order' button on your order confirmation email.
