    Posture Flow for Mums and Bubs

    Are you a new Mama and looking for a restorative class for both you AND your baby? We would love to see you at our Posture Flow small group class focusing on releasing tension in mums and creating safe ways for play that encourages great posture in bubs. 

    Chiropractor and Pilates instructor led we will be focusing on;

     - Stretches and foam rolling for new mums - targeting those positions you are spending so much time in - feeding and carrying bub , including post pregnancy recovery. 

    - Play which encourages tummy time and posture - developmentally appropriate for you baby

    - Learning to spot signs of tension in your baby and what you can do to help

    - Pelvic floor tips and exercises whilst recovering postpartum

    Take the pressure off perfect timing to get to a class - whether bub is sleeping or awake - we have change tables, spare hands to hold bub and lots of space to make your session relaxed!
