Pot Pourri of Problem Files: Tackling the Trials and Tribulations of Trusts

Embark on a collaborative exploration of the challenges associated with trusts in our next seminar.

Executive Committee members Gary Fitzpatrick of Comac Trustees and Katee Yukich of Urlich Milne, Lawyers have kindly agreed to kick off the new year by facilitating a conversation with members on a range of recent trust and trustee related topics.

This will be an interactive session and will touch on some recent challenges including estate and trust transitions, handling trust disputes, mysteries of missing beneficiaries, digital assets, problem files and liability of trustees under health and safety legislation.

The aim of the conversation will be to foster an exchange of ideas and strategies to tackle problems and issues that arise with trusts in practice.  If you have a problem situation or recent learning relating to trusts that you would like to share, please email Katee before 20 March 2024.

RSVP REQUIRED

Attendees are required to confirm their attendance for catering by 20 March 2024 by getting a FREE ticket.
