Pottery for pooches - Make a mug (July)

This event is for ages 14+. Check out our other events for sessions open to all ages :-)

Learn how to hand-build your very own mug from scratch, then paint your masterpiece and we’ll fire it - all clay, tools and advice provided.

Not only will you learn a new skill and have an awesome handmade mug to keep forever but you’ll also get the warm and fuzzies knowing 100% of your ticket money will be going to Chained Dog Rehabilitation & Rehoming thanks to Clay Studios! 

NOTE: You’ll need to climb one small set of stairs to get into the venue.

Parking: Please arrive 15 mins early to give yourself plenty of time to find parking - there are very limited spaces at Clay Studios (around the back), so you’ll likely need to find a spot on the road or a nearby side street. Nearest bus stop is 4 min walk (Des Swann Drive).

Collecting your work: All mugs will be clear glazed to preserve your design then fired. You’ll receive an email when they are ready - approx 3 weeks later. Clay Studios will do their absolute best to look after your masterpieces but clay can be unpredictable and it’s never guaranteed your piece will come out of the kiln exactly how it went in!
