Our first Pour Decisions event went down an absolute treat, so we're doing it again. Twice.

Pour Decisions is our new pairing series at Erin, done in collaboration with DRNKS, bringing a different independent winemaker into the restaurant each instalment to match five wines with five exclusive gelatos, scoop for sip.

First up is Stratosphere by Ravensworth Wines. Made in the Canberra District the Martin family, Ravensworth's wines are minimal-intervention and small-batch, aged patiently in oak, ceramic eggs and amphora until they're ready to drink. Expect wines with real character, matched by our gelato chefs to five Messina flavours made just for the night.
