Join Creative Reset at Adventure Brewing for a fun, relaxed evening of creativity, connection, and a little time to pause.

Positive Potions is a 90-minute guided creative wellness experience where we’ll use art as a way to slow down, check in with ourselves, and reflect.

You don’t need to be “good at art” and no experience is needed. This is not a traditional paint-and-sip and it’s not a therapy session. I’ll guide you through the creative process with a therapeutic art prompt designed to help you step away from the everyday and give yourself a little reset.

• A fun night to create, connect, and reset

How it works:

• Active meditation + discussion — settle in, slow down, and connect with the theme.
• Guided creative prompt — create through a therapeutic art experience with no art skills needed.
• Self-reflection — take a moment to notice what came up for you.
• Optional sharing — share your thoughts or artwork with the group if you feel comfortable.

This event falls on Adventure Brewing’s Hero Night, so we’ll be celebrating our teachers, nurses, and first responders!

But this event is open to everyone. Whether you’re a teacher, nurse, first responder, or simply someone who could use a little time to breathe and reset — you’re welcome here.

Come pour yourself a drink, pause for a little while, and reflect through creativity.

Come as you are. Create what you need. Leave with a little more room to breathe.

Tickets are limited, so grab yours and bring your person!
