POW x Patagonia Human Powered Snow Tour - Queenstown
Description
This multi-stop event series is a celebration of all things snow, bringing together the people who make winter our favorite season.
Join us during the day at the Remarkables for some simple repairs such as stiches and patches for your favourite jacket, and to hang out and carve some turns with Pro Snowboarder Nicholas Wolken and other passionate outdoors people.
In the evening join us at the Patagonia store to hear from POW NZ's Science Alliance Lead Dr Todd Redpath who will present an engaging overview of snow, climate, and changing winters in the Southern Alps, and about POW's work in New Zealand. Patagonia Ambassador Nicholas Wolken will be speaking and sharing some special screenings of Patagonia films Simple as a Turn and DIG. The presentation and films will be followed by live Q&A's.
