Intro to Move with Mish

I'm here to re-connect the practice of yoga to tangible impact in the world and build a community of humans willing to strengthen their bodies and minds whilst also getting sh*t done for people and planet.

In this day and age, it's taking a little bit too long to get to that yogic goal of 'enlightenment' as we're in the endless pursuit of ourselves and treat that as the end in itself.

I'd like this to be the yoga that starts with ourselves and ends in a better world. My classes will build on strength, spirituality and balance in our bodies, with less frills and an added layer of doing something good for others. If you like the sound of that, join me ;)
