Power Botany 6: North Head

POWER BOTANY 6: NORTH HEAD

We will walk from Manly Wharf to shelly beach, then up to North Head and loop back via the quarantine station. Meet at Manly Wharf at 11am.

This one will be about a 10 km loop with plenty of spots to swim along the way. Bring your swimmers and your binoculars for any whales we may see! As we go into August, the wildflower girlies will be out! 

Expect pristine harbour beaches, wind swept coastal headland heath, flannel flowers and dramatic sandstone cliffs.

We will be walking on Guringai land. This is and always will be Aboriginal land. Please be respectful of this land and think about indigenous peoples ongoing care and connection to this land and waters.
