This session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, scattered, burnt out, or simply craving stillness.
No experience needed — just come as you are.

🧘‍♀️ What to bring
- Comfortable Clothes, Work Clothes are welcome

A yoga mat or towel (if you prefer to be on the floor rathen than chairs)
A water bottle
Anything you need to feel cozy: cushion, blanket, socks
An open mindset (we’ll take care of the rest)
*Avoid Caffeine before the session
