Join us for a guided 60-minute session designed to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and gently bring you back to centre.
Power Hour blends intentional breathwork, slow movement, and grounding stillness — offering a peaceful pause in the middle of life’s chaos.
This is more than just a class — it’s a practice in presence.
💛 Who is it for?
This session is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, scattered, burnt out, or simply craving stillness.
No experience needed — just come as you are.
🧘♀️ What to bring
- Comfortable Clothes, Work Clothes are welcome
- A yoga mat or towel (if you prefer to be on the floor rathen than chairs)
- A water bottle
- Anything you need to feel cozy: cushion, blanket, socks
- An open mindset (we’ll take care of the rest)
- *Avoid Caffeine before the session
