We are super excited to be collaborating with our dear friend @esther.wallacehill, heading to Brisbane to her beautiful space @elements.yoga studio to share with you all an epic journey of Transformational Breath Work, Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing Journey.

What to expect.. Starting with a guided heart opening plant medicine Cacao ceremony we will focus our attention on our inner state whilst planting seeds of healing intentions. From there we will flow into the healing power of breath and activate the healing energy cycle using Conscious connected nose breathing derived from the lineage of Leonard Orrs Rebirthing.
The process itself uses very simple means, it combines deeper than normal conscious, connected energy breaths with evocative music in a safe and nurturing set and setting. With the eyes closed and lying on a mat, each person uses their own breath and loving intention to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This breath de-activates the thinking pre frontal cortex area of the brain allowing emotion and stress to be released to create more harmonious brain and heart coherence and spiritual connection. In this state conditioned limitations of your subconscious mind start to unravel. You will tap into and activate the bodies natural capacity to heal and restore using the power of your own sacred breath.
