We became responsible. Busy. Serious.
We forgot what it feels like to be light, silly, creative… free.

But play isn’t just for children.
It’s medicine for your nervous system.
It’s how we soften, open, and come back to ourselves.

This women’s circle is an invitation to gently let your guard down.
To reconnect with your inner child. And to remember that joy doesn’t have to be earned...It's already within us.

Be ready to explore play not just its theory or benefits...but to actually be a part of it. This circle will be your gentle, guided space to reconnect with lightness, joy, and ease.

Inside this circle, we will:

Gently ground + chat about how we play as adults
Creative exploration (no experience needed)
Light-hearted expression to dissolve overthinking
Movement to shift stagnant energy using play-based practices
Reflection + integration to bring play back into your daily life

It’s completely normal to feel a little unsure or out of your comfort zone when someone suggests "play" - but this is often where the most beautiful shifts happen, when we are held and supported just outside our comfort zone.

In this supportive space as we explore a different way of being...

No performance, no pressure

You don’t need to be “fun” or “creative” to come.
