New Moon Sound Bath & Heart Opening Yin Yoga Ceremony

Join us for a sacred gathering beneath the mystical New Moon and the magical shift of Autumn. Let your heart’s intuitive wisdom awaken as Summer guides you deeply into your body whilst Joanne bathes in in healing vibration and frequencies, welcoming you into renewal, deep introspection, and a profound heart-centered awakening.

Please make sure you:

Wear comfortable clothes.
Are well hydrated and bring a water bottle
Have finished eating at least 1.5 hours before the gathering starts
Keep caffeine and alcohol intake to a minimum for 24 hours before the sound bath.
Bring a journal and pen

A yoga mat, bolster, blanket and eye pillow are provided but for extra comfort you may want to bring a cushion and a warm blanket.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.

Note: there is a flight of stairs to the studio and ensure that you give yourself time to find parking if you are drivin
