I invite you to join me on this powerful journey.
This event will activate your personal power, your “Warrior Goddess”, while healing your connection with the world.
We will be evoking the Solar Plexus Chakra responsible for your personal power.
Rebalancing and building a strong intuitive connection with your energy vortex, and your internal fire.
Throughout this workshop, we bring awareness to the awakening of your Warrior Goddess” that lives trapped in your body ready to come out and experience the world in a whole new way.
The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known in Sanskrit as Manipura, “Jewel of The City,” is in the middle of your abdomen behind the navel.
This third chakra is responsible for your perception of who you are, your willpower, self-discipline, confidence, self-respect, personal power and willingness to act in a balanced manner.
It controls what you tell yourself when you look in the mirror, what you tell yourself when a big idea or adventure pops up in your head, and even how you allow others to treat you.
The areas in the body associated with the solar plexus include the skin, the large intestine, stomach and liver.
We will look at how a balanced Solar Plexus Chakra will support health and wellbeing, through diet and nutrition goals. Reset your thought around the so called (diets) and good food choices. Ignite your digestive fire and reset your relationship to food.
