Leading without apology isn’t about domination or performance. It’s about presence. It’s about clarity. It means showing up fully—without shrinking or apologising. This conversation is about reclaiming your inner power: the kind of power that comes from knowing who you are, trusting yourself and the emotional intelligence to navigate tricky dynamics.
