Power to Praxis: Developing Reflexive Practice
Description
Many practitioners recognise the importance of reflection. The challenge is sustaining it in the realities of projects, organisations and systems that often reward speed, certainty and delivery over learning.
Power to Praxis: Developing Reflexive Practice is a one-day advanced workshop designed for practitioners who want to deepen their capacity for reflexive, ethical and accountable practice.
Building on the Power to Praxis reflection cards and Companion Guide, this workshop creates space to move beyond individual insights and explore how power operates through our identities, relationships, organisations and professional practice.
Using the Self-Locating Tool, guided workbook exercises, facilitated card dialogues and Commitment Cards, participants will explore how reflection can become an ongoing practice rather than an occasional activity.
This workshop is designed for people who want to engage more deeply with the questions raised by Power to Praxis and develop practical approaches for carrying that learning into their everyday work.
