POWER-UP QLD Nanango IWD
Description
If you work in Queensland’s energy sector (or want to) join us for a day of connection, learning and celebration at this year’s regional Queensland International Women’s Day event on Tuesday the 23rd February at the Nanango Cultural Centre.
This is a grassroots event, built by the POWER-UP committee of women across the state’s energy sector - with representatives from Tilt Renewables, CS Energy, Stanwell Corporation, Powerlink, Energy Queensland, CleanCo, Energy Queensland SAMCo and more.
For IWD 2027, our committee have built another solutions-focused event to bring the energy industry together - to power ourselves forward, together. All funds raised will be donated to UN Women Australia to support it’s lifechanging gender equity programs for Australia and the Pacific region’s most vulnerable women.
Building on from previous IWD events at Kingaroy and Jandowae, we look forward to delivering another successful event for Queensland women in energy (and our allies) in Nanango in 2027.
