The last couple of years have been really tough for a lot of people. We humans like certainty and the pandemic has created a lot of uncertainty which has led to many of us feeling anxious, afraid and a bit discombobulated (I love that word so had to throw it in there)

I have created a mini-course that I'd like to offer FREE to the New Brighton community. 

Powerless to Empowered: Learn easy tools and strategies to master your mind and regain control of your life. The course will be in-person, with sessions once per week for 6 weeks. 

You'll come away with a treasure chest of tools that you can use in your everyday life to feel more in control and empowered. You may even feel more "combobulated".
