JOIN US on Wednesday 6th October 2021, we are hosting an inspiring and engaging healthy cooking workshop specially tailored for seniors.

This FREE session is delivered by a qualified nutritionist, home economist, recipe developer, and food stylist Melanie Ryan. This session will explore and focus on how to cook everyday meals using nutrient-dense ingredients and eating the right foods for healthy aging.

There are no requirements for the class, just join in and be inspired. You will need a mobile device, laptop, or tablet with reliable internet.
