This 'Yoga Practice' is for you!
Delivered by talented and qualified Yoga Instructor Dianne
A gentle yoga class incorporating stretches, postures, breathing and relaxation. Good for beginners or for those wanting to maintain flexibility. All sessions will be delivered at the centre, so roll out your yoga mat, wear some comfortable clothing and take an hour out for yourself.
