Central Tablelands Local Land Services and Capertee Valley Landcare are excited to present a practical day for the control of feral pigs and other pest animals.

Are feral pigs, foxes or feral dogs becoming a problem on your property? Join us for a practical field day designed to give landholders the skills and knowledge to get on top of pest animal issues this winter.

Together with Capertee Valley Landcare, we’re hosting a hands‑on workshop at a property managed by a landholder with extensive on‑ground pest control experience.

You’ll learn how to:

understand the environmental impacts of feral pigs and other pest species
set up and operate a Pig Brig® trap
feed and condition pigs for successful trapping or baiting
use trail cameras effectively for monitoring
respond to fox and wild dog activity
connect with neighbours and coordinate pest control across properties.

Come along, meet your neighbours, learn practical skills and enjoy a BBQ lunch.
