Join us for a full immersion weekend of integration. Time spent becoming more in tune with the layers that make up you. Integrating all the learnings, unlearnings and emotions from the year that's just been... and every other year leading up to where you are now in this moment.

This retreat is not here to teach you, fix you or change you, yet remind you of what is already there, a home coming. For it is in the stillness, silence and fluidity that we can hear the whispers and find that deeper connection. Imagine what it would feel like to be in your body all weekend... to be authentically you... to know what it feels like to feel that sense of presence through the power of your breath... to find strength in vulnerability... to feel open to truly expressing your self... to feel free from the mental chatter of the mind and to feel the deepest form of connection, to yourself, nature and those around you.

Together will explore...

Breath work, meditation, yoga, somatic inquiry, embodiment dance, emotional wellbeing, divine feminine, intuition and authentic expression.

Gift this time to yourself (and your nervous system lol), with the intention of sparking something within you lying dormant, hidden or masked, expanding your awareness of the fruits of being authentically you.
