Collaborative forum for all frontline residential care workers, child protection workers, OoHC contracted case management, family service workers and Victoria Police members.

This forum is an important opportunity for professionals working with vulnerable children to build knowledge and skills in recognising and responding to child sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation and children who are missing or frequently absent.

Hosted by the Centre, the forum has been developed by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing Office of Professional Practice (OPP) in collaboration with Victoria Police. It will provide contemporary practices for prosecuting or disrupting perpetrators and supporting children and young people to recover and reconnect, using evidence and research from Deakin University.

Facilitated by representatives from DFFH Child Protection and Victoria Police.
