A Day of Dharma, Warmth & Wisdom with Lama Choedak Rinpoche

At the Central Coast Meditation Centre, we offer days like this as an invitation — a chance to step out of the rush of ordinary life and into a quieter, more spacious rhythm. As the mind softens, the breath lengthens, and the heart remembers its openness, we are honoured to welcome Lama Choedak Rinpoche for a full-day teaching on the Heart Sūtra, one of the most profound and beloved texts in the Buddhist tradition, which has guided practitioners for centuries toward understanding the nature of experience, form and emptiness, and freedom through clear seeing.

A Day to Settle and See Deeply

Lama Choedak Rinpoche will gently guide us through the central lines of the text, offering practical and accessible insights that can be lived in everyday life. Through reflection and teaching, this day invites us to slow down, listen carefully, and open to the wisdom that emerges when we meet experience with clarity and kindness.

This day is open to everyone — whether you are new to meditation, returning to practice, or have been walking the path for many years.
