The purpose of this workshop is to wake up our life force …vital energy that sits in the base of our spine awaiting to be activated so we can be the best version of ourselves and be able to see beyond the limits of the small mind.

The world needs you…it needs all of us…in our full power and magnificence…everyone has a gift to offer and came here with a purpose…it is time to reclaim what belong to us, recharge, fill up our cups so we can give back and serve others.

This workshop will include practices from kundalini yoga, breathwork, energetic activations, meditation, sound journey and connection with each other (and ourselves).

This event is run by donation. Please only book the event if you are really planning to come. No show on the evening without previous cancellation and therefore, taking someone else's place will be charged an administration fee.

WHAT TO BRING?

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lay down
Cushion
Blanket
A scarf or eye pillow to cover your eyes
Water bottle
Anything you may require to feel comfortable lying down (Please be aware that the venue does not provide props)
Wear comfortable and warm clothing appropriate for both indoors and outdoors. Winter months please wear lots of layers. It gets very cold in the hall.
