I feel it is time for me to share more deeply the work that has unfolded through me over many years.

This will be more than simply a breathwork class.

As an energy healer and breathwork practitioner, I bring together different styles of breathwork, prana (life-force energy), meditation, healing energy and divine blessings to create a safe and loving space where you can relax, let go and journey more deeply within.

Through the breath, we begin to move beyond the busy mind and allow the body to soften and open.

For some, this may mean going deeper within themselves and experiencing a beautiful connection with who they truly are.

For others, the breath may take them into expanded states of awareness and allow them to experience their journey in a completely different way.

Throughout the session I will also be working energetically with the group, supporting you to release heavier energies, emotions and patterns that may be holding you back and helping you move into a lighter, more expansive state.

My intention is not to tell you where your journey should take you.

It is to create a safe, loving and powerful space where your own journey can unfold.

I believe we all have our own unique path — our Dharma — and sometimes we simply need the right environment, energy and support to reconnect with ourselves and take the next step forward.

You don't need any previous experience with breathwork or meditation.

Come exactly as you are.
