🌬✨This event is for those looking to attend our later sessions at the Tara Hall on Wednesday nights, occurring on a fortnighty basis 🌼

PLEASE NOTE: We host every Wednesday but we alternate the location and the start time - so please check our other events to determine when/where our next session will be 🌈

⚡️Hosted By Spiritual Practitioner Fernando Ribeiro, you will be guided through breathing techniques to calm your nervous system and enter the 'rest & digest' state.

🦋All are welcome, whether you are new to breathwork or have your own practice.

🍃Contribution to cover to cost of the hall $35 or Koha (pay what you can), no one will be turned away.

🌈Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. This is what most people seek when meditating, and breathwork takes you to that place very quickly. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.

☀️Breathwork helps put the brakes on an acute stress response and diverts the health problems associated with chronic stress. By eliciting the body's relaxation response, deep abdominal breathing helps reduce blood pressure.

🌱The entrance to the Tara Hall is on the left hand side of the big Buddha statue down the alleyway. There you'll find a courtyard and doors to the hall 🌹

Please bring:

🌐 Yoga mat

🌐 Eye mask or something to cover eyes

🌐 Blanket

🌐 Water bottle

🌐 Wear comfy clothes

🌐 Open heart ♥

Please don't worry if you can't bring anything as we will have spares.
